About Greg
My name is Greg Becker, and I have been following Jesus since 1985. Over the years, God has graciously given me opportunities to serve in a variety of ministries, learn from many faithful people, and grow in my understanding of His Word.
I live in Corona, California, with my wife of more than 39 years. We have been blessed with three daughters, three granddaughters, and two grandsons.
I currently serve on staff at my church as a Regional Director of Ministry Development. In this role, I have the privilege of connecting with people throughout the United States and internationally, sharing our church’s passion and commitment to outreach and evangelism.
I also serve as a deacon and am grateful to be involved in several areas of ministry. I support small-group leaders within our Valor Men’s Ministry, oversee the section hosts in our main sanctuary, and coordinate and teach in our Senior Living Ministry, where we bring live church services to those who may be unable to attend a local church.
In addition, I serve on our baptism and communion teams and teach classes through our New Believers and Cornerstone ministries. Each of these opportunities allows me to help people grow in their faith, understand God’s Word, and become more deeply connected to the life of the church.

Statement of Faith
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative, trustworthy Word of God and our final standard for faith, doctrine, and daily living.
2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21
God
We believe in one true and living God who eternally exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is holy, loving, sovereign, all-powerful, and worthy of all worship.
Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14
Humanity and Sin
We believe every person is created in the image of God and has dignity, value, and purpose. Humanity is separated from God by sin and cannot be restored through personal effort, morality, or religious activity.

Jesus Christ and Salvation
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended to heaven, and is the only way of salvation.
Salvation is a gift of God’s grace received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, not through good works. Those who trust in Christ are forgiven, made new, and given eternal life.

The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God. He convicts people of sin, draws them to Christ, lives within every believer, guides us into truth, gives spiritual gifts, and produces Christlike character.

The Church
We believe the Church is made up of all who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ. Believers are called to gather in a faithful local church for worship, biblical teaching, prayer, fellowship, service, baptism, communion, and participation in God’s mission.

Baptism and Communion
We believe baptism is a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ, and communion is a remembrance of His sacrificial death. Neither saves us; both are acts of obedience for believers.

Christian Living
We believe followers of Jesus are called to lives of worship, obedience, holiness, love, humility, generosity, prayer, and service. Obedience does not earn salvation; it is the response of a life transformed by grace.
We believe marriage is a covenant between one man and one woman, and that every person should be treated with compassion, dignity, patience, and love. Biblical truth should always be communicated with biblical grace.

The Return of Christ and Eternity
We believe Jesus Christ will personally and visibly return, judge the world in righteousness, defeat evil, and establish His eternal kingdom.
Those who have received salvation through Christ will experience eternal life in God’s presence. Those who reject Christ will face final judgment and eternal separation from God.

The Gospel and Our Teaching Commitment
We believe the gospel is the good news that Jesus died for our sins, rose from the dead, and offers forgiveness and eternal life to everyone who repents and believes in Him.
At Got a Minute?, we are committed to teaching Scripture in context, keeping Jesus and the gospel central, distinguishing biblical truth from personal opinion, communicating with clarity and grace, avoiding sensationalism, correcting mistakes responsibly, and encouraging involvement in a faithful local church.
We recognize that sincere Christians may disagree on some secondary issues. We seek to explain those differences respectfully while remaining firm on the essential truths of the Christian faith.
